Barry Cooper joined Meridian in 2013. Before Meridian, he was an attorney practicing in the areas of estate planning and elder care law. Barry also served as trust advisor for PNC Bank and Huntington National Bank. He is now a partner at Meridian, specializing in wealth management and retirement planning.

Barry earned his bachelor’s degree in finance and marketing from the University of Kentucky, and his Juris Doctor degree from the University of Kentucky College of Law. He is also a graduate of the American Bankers Association National Trust School.

Barry lives in Lexington with his wife, Elizabeth, and their three children.
