Gladys I. Rice brings together her experience in Estate Planning, Trust Administration, financial services, and client relationship management to provide clients with knowledgeable, personalized support. As a Relationship Manager, she is dedicated to developing lasting relationships and helping clients feel informed and supported throughout their financial journey.

Gladys also serves as the Onboarding Specialist and Estate Settlement Specialist for her team. Her legal background in Estate Planning and Trust Administration gives her a distinctive understanding of the complexities that can arise when managing trusts and settling an estate. She particularly values the opportunity to help families navigate these important transitions with professionalism, organization, and compassion.

For Gladys, relationships are at the heart of what she does. She believes that listening, communicating clearly, and paying attention to the details can make a meaningful difference in a client’s experience.

With a commitment to learning and continued professional growth, Gladys brings a positive, solutions-oriented approach to her role and takes pride in being a trusted member of her team.

Gladys holds the Certified Estate Planner™ (CEP®) designation through the National Institute of Certified Estate Planners (NICEP) and the Financial Paraplanner Qualified Professional™ (FPQP®) designation through Kaplan College. She is also an Arizona State Notary Public.

Outside of the office, Gladys is a wife, mom to two sons, one of seven kids and Tia (aunt) to 12 nieces and nephews and great-aunt to one on the way (with more to follow)! She loves reading, scrapbooking, staying active with Zumba, and cheering on the University of Arizona Wildcats (#beardown). She enjoys the best of both worlds: a rewarding career helping others and a full life surrounded by the people, hobbies, and traditions she loves most.
