Matt Stockham joined Meridian in 2015 as a wealth management advisor. Prior to joining Meridian, he was an institutional broker at the Chicago Mercantile Exchange and a financial advisor at Merrill Lynch and Lexington Investment Company. Matt specializes in using options strategies in clients’ portfolios.

As the Director of Capital Markets, Matt assists in leading Meridian’s Investment Committee. Matt is a part of the Meridian Investment committee.

Matt earned his bachelor’s degree in public administration from Miami University and his master’s degree in international affairs from the University of Kentucky.

Matt lives in Lexington with his wife, Piper, and their three children. Outside of work, he enjoys spending time with his family and coaching youth baseball.
