Nicole Brandenburg joined the Meridian team as an Executive Assistant in 2017, after spending thirteen years as a store manager at The Castle Jewelry and Pawn. Her success in leading her team at The Castle and her exceptional relationship-building skills led to her promotion to Chief Administrative Officer in the spring of 2024.

As Chief Administrative Officer, Nicole works diligently to ensure that the Meridian staff and advisors receive the support they need to serve their clients effectively. She also coordinates the transition for new advisors joining the firm.

Nicole earned her bachelor’s degree in Business and Technology from Eastern Kentucky University. She and her husband, Charles, live on a small farm in Richmond with their two dogs, June and Rip. When she is not working in the Lexington office, Nicole enjoys hiking, boating, traveling, and spending time with friends.
